Rachel's New Frame
Here is her reconditioned frame. It was stripped, reinforced and painted. It received new polyurethane bushings,shackles,shocks,brake lines and a fuel tank. Then we installed the rebuilt rears and was ready for the engine and trans. |

Body Installation
Next the body got new floorboards, strengthened rollbar mounts, new carpet, re-upholstered seats, a new wiring harness and stainless hinges and hardware. |

After many hard days on the trail the fiberglass jeep was due for a paint job. With most of the bolt-ons removed and a good bath it was time to begin sanding. |
Prepping for Primer
Once we wore out every sander in the garage and got a few blisters, our paint specialist Bill said the work was satisfactory. |
